Abstract
The LAMPF π0 spectrometer is described, and the first results of pion single charge exchange ot discrete nuclear states are discussed. Angular distribution information has been obtained in 3He and O0 excitation functions for the isobaric analog state have been observed in targets throughout the periodic table.
