Abstract
This paper is concerned with pinning synchronization of fractional-order complex networks. For arbitrary fixed topology, an effective pinning control law is introduced to select the pinned nodes, under which some sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the global synchronization of fractional-order complex networks in Mittag-Leffler sense. A numerical example is proposed to show the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.
