Abstract
Polycystic kidney disease often is accompanied by cystic involvement of other organs. We observed a calcified cyst of the pineal in a woman with polycystic kidney disease who developed galactorrhea. It was visible on both regular x-ray and computed tomographic examination of the skull. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a pineal cyst occurring in a patient with polycystic kidney disease, but the prevalence of the association is unknown.
