Abstract
Vaccination may confer broad health and economic benefits that extend beyond traditional elements included in cost-effectiveness analyses (CEAs). However, CEAs often omit consideration of impacts such as productivity, caregiver impact, education, and income loss. We assessed the frequency of measurement of such broader impacts of vaccination in published CEAs of vaccines and examined factors associated with their inclusion.
