Abstract

This 40-year-old woman complained of a generalized, irritating rash that had been increasing over a period of several months. A few ‘burrowers’ could be detected, especially on the sides of the fingers and in the finger webs. Only her face was spared. In some areas there were urticarial papules and excoriation. She had tried applications of calamine lotion and E45 but to no avail.
