Abstract

The interpretation of CT scans is normally based on one or both of two different representation modes at the user’s disposal: 1. The analog representation on a cathode ray tube with the possibility of taking Polaroid pictures from the screen (Fig. 1), 2. The digital numeric print-out of the whole matrix of absorption values on a line printer (Fig. 2) No special software for the medical evaluation is available.
