Abstract
After obtaining her consent, the patient’s case history was discussed in a multidisciplinary panel consisting of a general gastroenterologist (AST), a pancreatologist (STC), an abdominal radiologist (NT), a therapeutic endoscopist (MJL), a gastrointestinal pathologist (SCA), and a gastrointestinal surgeon (CFdC), with STC as moderator. The discussions happened over a Zoom call and through multiple e-mail conversations. A summary of the case history and discussion are presented here.
