Abstract
Summary A survey of all District/Area physiotherapists was carried out. following a joint workshop set up by The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health Education Council. The aim was to establish the current level of activity and interest in health education within the physiotherapy profession. A secondary aim was to obtain the views of the District/Area physiotherapists about the future development of the physiotherapy service. In this article the findings from some sections of the survey are reported.
