Abstract

NOvA is an accelerator neutrino oscillation experiment designed to make precise measurements of the neutrino mixing parameters associated with the atmospheric mass-squared splitting. By studying oscillations along a 810 km baseline, NOvA has the potential to produce measurements that are sensitive θ 13 , δ CP , and the neutrino mass hierarchy. In addition, NOvA can perform precision measurements of the value of θ 23 and the magnitude of Δ m 32 2 .
