Abstract
We have studied the physicochemical properties of low-hydrated zirconium and hafnium hydroxides with the general formula M(OH)3–1O0.5–1.5 · mH2O (M = Zr, Hf) as precursors for the synthesis of zirconiumand hafnium-based oxide phases.
