Abstract
Objetivo: Describirlarelacionmedico-paciente(RMP)ydeterminarlosfactoresasociadosaunabuenapercepciondeesta porlospacientesqueacudenaconsultoriosexternosdelHospitalCarlosLanfrancoLaHoz(HCLLH)delMinisteriodeSalud (MINSA),periodomayo2014. MaterialyMetodos: Estudiotransversal-comparativo,realizadoenpacientesqueacudenaconsultaexternade especialidadesmedicas.Seutilizoelcuestionarioestructuradosemicerrado,llamadoPREME P A.Loscalculosestadisticos fueronrealizadosconunniveldecon fi anzadel95%. Resultados: Untotalde179pacientescompletaronlaencuesta,el64,8%(116)fueronmujeres,elpromediodelaedadfue de42,1±11,9anos.El23%(41)delosusuariospercibieronunaRMPbuena,el52%(93)regularyel25%(45)mala.Las variables fi nalmenteasociadasconunabuenaRMPfuerontenerentre18-35anos(OR=8,1[IC95%;1,6-40,1),haberelegido asumedico(OR=20,5[IC95%;5,1-82,5)yseratendidoporunamedicomujer(OR=3,1[IC95%;1,01-9,3]). Conclusiones: Existeunbajoporcentaje(23%)depacientesquepercibenunabuenarelacionmedicopaciente.Elelegira sumedico,serpacientejovenyseratendidoporunamedicomujerin fl uyenentenerunabuenaRM P .
