Study Objectives: The need for physician involvement at mass gathering events is a debated topic and limited research exists that objectively explores the impact of physician staffing during these events. We sought to analyze the effects of integrating physicians into mass gathering events with a pre-existing emergency medical services (EMS)-based medical care system.
