Abstract
Over the past two decades, significant differences have been observed in the prevalence of food allergy across different racial and ethnic groups. Early introduction of peanut between 4 to 11 months of age has shown to reduce the frequency of peanut allergy. This study aims to identify differences in peanut-protein guidance across socioeconomic statuses.
