Abstract
A problem of determining elastic and viscous characteristics of composite materials, necessary and sufficient for choosing physical relations in solving problems of impact loading with low impact velocities (up to 200 m/sec) and unsteady deformation in the range of strain rates within 102 sec−1 for multilayer beams, plates, and shells, is considered.
