The students of the experimental group performed sets of special exercises three times a week at the beginning of the main part of the physical training lesson. Individual training included consecutive repetition of special sets of 10 minutes duration exercises. A total of 12 such classes were held. The students of the comparison group studied according to the usual program and did not perform special exercises to improve voluntary attention of the motor type. At the beginning and at the end of the experiment, a comparative analysis of the indicators of the errors number made when performing control exercises for the attention of male and female students was carried out.
