Physical Education in University Access to the Ideas of Elementary Education

Abstract

General education is an ancient humanistic educational thought, which has had a positive impact on ancient and modern education. In the United States, Europe, and many Asian countries, there are generally educational models under the framework of the concept of general education. From the philosophical point of view of freedom, based on free education, the thesis shows the rigidity, mechanical growth and stereotyping of school sports; guides to get rid of the influence of pragmatism and return to the positive style of sports, so that school sports can truly meet the needs of students' physical and mental development.
