Abstract
Transparent conducting oxides receives huge attention due to its salient features such as structure, band gap, physical and chemical properties. In this paper we have reported that the growth of Tin Oxide nanoparticles by the technique of Sol-Gel method. The prepared samples have been subjected to X-ray diffraction, Scanning electron microscopy, UV–Visible spectroscopic techniques for the determination of features for crystalline nature, morphology and optical properties, respectively.X-ray diffraction results showed the prepared samples have a polycrystalline nature with tetragonal structure. Scanning electron micorscopy shown that the samples have well defined morphology. Optical properties showed that the prepared samples have band gap value eV.
