Abstract

Based on the secondary data source collected from the State Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Dong Nai branch and based on the criteria for evaluating the development of retail banking services. The article assesses the current situation of developing retail banking services at Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - branch in Dong Nai province. Research results show that in the period of 2020-2022, retail banking services at Dong Nai Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development’s branch have achieved certain results. Specifically, capital mobilization, retail lending and other retail activities such as card services, e-banking services, remittance services, domestic payment services, E-banking services, agency entrustment services have remarkable growth. Although certain results have been achieved, the development of retail banking services at the State Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Dong Nai branch still has certain limitations. On that basis, the article proposes some recommendations to contribute to the development of retail banking services at Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - Dong Nai province branch.
