Abstract
The content of photosynthetic membranes glycolipids in wheat seedlings under eyespot causal agent was investigated. Lipids were separated by thin layer chromatography. It was established that for the resistant variety was typical gradual reduction of all investigated lipids; in seedlings of susceptible variety the dynamic of glycolipids was different. Such differences of studied lipids in seedlings of different wheat varieties could be associated with resistance during pathogenesis
