Abstract
Entanglement is central to quantum information technologies. In this talk, I will describe recent experimental results in generation of novel entangled photon states using photons. I will show that a single-photon can be split into three using a cascade of spontaneous down-conversion processes. Further I will present a demonstration of bound entanglement, entangled states which cannot be distilled, by applying random polarization rotations on highly entangled pure states.
