Abstract
A photometric method for the determination of H2S in AsH3 and PH3 is presented, which is based on the methylene blue reaction. Various factors influencing the analytical capability were investigated and optimized. The proposed method permits the determination of traces of H2S down to 40 ng/l and thus meets the actual demands of CVD-gas analysis.
