Abstract

Invited for this month's cover are the collaborating groups of Dr. Martin Presselt from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany and Prof. Zeev Gross from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel. The cover picture shows a human jogging, which can potentially triggering asthma or heart attacks. These attacks involve blood-vessel contraction and are therefore typically indicated by an increase in NO concentration in the exhaled air.
