Abstract

Illumination time dependences of the photoinduced ESR signals are observed in a-Si1−xNx:H (0.17 ≤ x ≤ 0.56). The increase in the ESR signal can be described by a superposition of a rapid-growth component and slow-growth component. The rapid-growth component decays faster after ceasing illumination than the slow-growth component.
