Abstract

As an adjunct to a research study of acute otitis media, a technique was developed for making photographic records of the eardrums of children in the study. This article describes the equipment and methods used in detail, including a development of the technique to provide stereo photographs. The use of the picture for teaching and other purposes is discussed.
