Abstract

Chemisorption of CO, PF 3 and CNCH 3 on a Fe(110) single crystal surface was studied by means of ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy. The results suggest that the mechanism of chemisorption is similar to the bond formation in corresponding transition metal complex compounds.
