Madore, B. F. Abstract New photoelectric UBV photometry is presented for 46 long-period Cepheids in the southern Milky Way. Data are now essentially complete for Cepheids with P> 11 days and B brighter than 14 mag. New UBV photometry is also given for 22 Cepheids in the Large Magellanic Cloud and for 15 Cepheids in the Small Magellanic Cloud. The implications of these observations will be discussed in subsequent papers.
