Abstract

The photoconductivities of double-layered photoreceptors, containing copper phthalocyanine (CuPC) and other phthalocyanines as charge generator, and polyvinylcarbazole (PVK) as charge transporter, were studied. The results show an increased photoconductivity for CuPcAlClPc, CuPcNdPc and CuPcMnPc compared with the pure phthalocyanines, but a decreased photoconductivity for CuPcInClPc. In these composites, polymorphic transformation of CuPc occurs and its molecular interact changes.
