Abstract

Fluorine-doped anatase has a higher photocatalytic activity compared to undoped anatase obtained under identical conditions and retains this activity after thermal treatment in a temperature range of 400–700°C. The photocatalytic activity of the evaluated fluorine-doped titanium oxohydroxide with an allowance for its titanium content is insignificantly lower than the photocatalytic activity of fluorine-doped anatase.
