Abstract
A 35-year-old farmer from Eastern India presented to the outpatient department with scaly, red, pruritic lesions, spread all over his back and extending to his buttocks. The lesions had started over the buttocks 2 months before and had slowly spread to involve the groin. On clinical examination, the lesions were circular to oval, and margins were raised and erythematous. The patient did not have any comorbidities or any signs indicative of an immunocompromised state. There was no history of similar lesions among his family members. On inquiry, he gave a history of rodent infestation of his home.
