Abstract
The use of secondary products of the oil extraction industry in the diets of farm animals allows us to make up for the protein deficiency and improve the quality of concentrated feed. In this regard, the aim of the research was to study the effectiveness of the inclusion of a phosphatide-oil emulsion (POE) in the mixed feed for cattle young stock. It was found that the inclusion of the studied product in the compound feed for young cattle in the amount of 1.0%, 2.0 and 3.0% by weight contributed to an increase in the average daily gain, ensuring activation of biochemical processes in the blood and changes in the intensity of protein metabolism.
