Abstract
Under the irradiation of GaAs with a high-power picosecond light pulse of the photon energy h ̵ ω ex > E g in the spectrum of the reversible bleaching of the sample were found local minimums. These distinctions of the spectrum have been studied and interpreted as a result of a stepwise electron, accompanied by emitting an optical phonon, traveling in the conduction band towards its bottom, from where electrons escape in the process of the recombination superluminescence.
