Abstract

The guiding ideals of Mahatma Gandhis management style are simplicity, humility, nonviolence, welfare for everyone, and the truth. He uses consensus-building, dialogue, empowerment, and self-discipline in his procedures, and he places a strong emphasis on ethics, integrity, service leadership, and respect for diversity.
