Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find the philosophy of criminal punishment in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia, identify judges considerations in imposing criminal penalties for children who are perpetrators of criminal acts in Indonesia and analyze and find the legal implications of sentencing crimes by judges to the existence of community research reports.
