Abstract

. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that globalization processes in the economy of Ukraine, destructive phenomena in the industries, institutional transformations that require creative innovative solutions, require the improvement of scientific perspectives on the construction of a model of management of industrial enterprises, which would be based on a flexible mechanism and would take into account crisis conditions of their functioning and would provide opportunities for sustainable economic development in the future. The purpose of the study is to conceptualize and model the processes of building flexible management of an industrial enterprise aimed at preventing the loss of human potential, destroying ecological systems, environmental pollution, that is, ensuring the environmental and social security of industrial production. An analysis of the latest research and publications that address this issue. In our research, we draw on the work of Appelo Jurgen (2019). Management 3.0. Agile Management. Leadership and team management that integrates state-of-the-art ideas in the fields of sophisticated adaptive systems, flexible management and cost-effective delivery, offering a sound, smart, flexible and practical mechanism for effective management in the 21st century, which represents the modern management concept 3.0. In the article we also draw on the work of such scientists as Andryukaytene Regina, Voronkova, V.G., Punchenko, O.P., Sosnina, O.V., Starzhinsky, V.V., Tsepkalo, V.V., Cherep, A.V., as well as for their own research – Metelenko, N.G., Silina, I.V., Shapurov, O.O. The concept of Management 3.0 provides a roadmap for leading teams in the event of uncertainty and offers a rich collection of local models for immediate use to better adapt to the current conditions of stochasticity, uncertainty, bifurcation and to provide reasonable, adaptive and practical management in an industrial enterprise. Scientific novelty of research - substantiation of key features of financial and socio-economic crisis in industry, in particular in strategic industries - mechanical engineering and metallurgy, and philosophy of building a modern model of flexible management based on process - operational approach aimed at the development of innovative - information infrastructure in the industrial enterprise in the direction of ensuring the international competitiveness of industrial production and its sustainable development in the context of globalization. Research results. The guidelines for the formation and implementation of the conceptual model of industrial enterprise management, functioning in the conditions of socio-economic and financial crisis, which allows timely anticipation and implementation of purposeful and gradual improvement of economic, organizational, technological, production, social, managerial, market, environmental and other components of the industrial enterprise as a system, that in the process of innovations acquire new qualities, has been outlined.
