Abstract
El presente texto se desarrolla en dos partes. En primer lugar, se justifica la idea de que los animales no humanos puedan ser susceptibles de asignación de derechos desde una perspectiva deontológica. En segundo lugar, se describen las principales tipologías de conflictividad en la relación humano-animal en Bogotá, junto con las herramientas jurídicas para afrontar estos conflictos y las acciones complementarias de acción integral como resultado del trabajo de recolección de datos del Centro de Atención Jurídica del Instituto Distrital de Protección y Bienestar Animal de Bogotá. Este análisis se basa en un marco de derecho animal no antropocéntrico con bases filosóficas.
