Abstract

The article discusses the philosophical foundations of working with youth. The study of the stated topic in the context of modern social development has been updated. The content of the concept “youth” is analyzed. The place of the social group under study in the system of intersubjective interactions is revealed. The place of the axiological approach as a fundamental basis for working with youth is clarified. An integral understanding of the activity studied by the authors is shown by the unity of value, normative, and organizational research positions.
