Abstract

As a result of the expansion of the indications for reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA), the number of RSA cases is increasing.5,8 Because of the increase in RSA cases and the aging society, the incidence of periprosthetic humeral fracture is also increasing.3 The treatment of periprosthetic humeral fracture is challenging, and the treatment options range from conservative treatment to open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) and revision arthroplasty.3 Fracture displacement may be an indication for surgical treatment.
