Abstract

Phaeochromocytoma are rare endocrine tumours with a diverse range of presenting symptoms including cardiogenic shock. We describe a case of acute catecholamine cardiomyopathy with rapid circulatory collapse following a dose of intravenous metoclopramide in a patient with undiagnosed phaeochromocytoma.
