Abstract

Inhibition of thromboxane A2 by aspirin can be estimated by urinary levels of a metabolite 11-dehydrothromboxane B2 (TXB2). Our objective was to compare TXB2 levels in relation to cardiovascular risk factors that may affect resistance to aspirin.
