Abstract
Phenological Information is strongly characterized by its Locality and Temporality. It is one of the typical spatio-temporal data, which plays an important role in global environmental change research. Strengthing the Informationalizing process and spatio-temporal change analysis of phenological information are needed to exert its role in the global environmental change to the best. The article points out the necessarity of phenological informationalizing. Then with plant phenological information about 30 years, and by using GIS Method, we have carried out the studies on spatio-temporal query, saptio-temporal change analysis on phenological information.
