Abstract

We study the adsorption of a Lennard-Jones gas in a slit-likepore formed by two walls exhibiting different adsorbingproperties. The calculations are carried out by means of adensity functional approach. We show that changes in thepotential field exerted by one wall can lead to substantialmodifications in the phase behaviour of confined fluids.
