Abstract

The magnetic properties of dilute semi-infinite Ising models are studied in the mean-field theory. We obtained the exact expression for the critical temperature (${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{C}\mathit{S}}$) of these systems and found that it is dependent on both the spin coupling constants and the concentrations of magnetic atoms on different atomic layers. The diagrams of the dependence of the magnetization on the temperature are presented in different cases.
