Abstract
It. was found that complete solid solutions are formed in the system of Pb(Fe2/3U1/3)O3-PbZrO3. Phase transitions in the system have been studied by crystallographic, dielectric and dilatometric measurements. The antiferroelectric nature of Pb(Fe2/3U1/3)O3 has been confirmed. The phase transition temperature of Pb(Fe2/3U1/3)O3 increases monotonically with increasing PbZrO3 concentration. In the Pb(Fe2/3U1/3)O3-PbZrO3 system, the polymorphic phase boundary (rhombohedral-pseudo-tetragonal) exists near 70 mole % of PbZrO3.
