Abstract

Phase states of the PZT-based multicomponent solid solutions belonging to the rhombohedral area of the phase х-Т diagram with low coercive field values are considered. The solid-solution samples in the initial state are proved to be heterophase (R3c and P4mm mixtures) and reveal relaxor properties. The anomalies of dielectric characteristics obtained in poled samples are due to the R3c→R3m phase transition. The manifestations of relaxor properties above the temperature of the dielectric permittivity maximum are caused by the R3m phase in the P4mm and Pm3m phase mixture.
