Abstract
Phase relationship and electrical conductivity of the Na 3+ x Zr 2− x Yb x Si 2PO 12 system are investigated. A continuous solid solution with structure changes is found in this system. The conductivity of the solid solution decreases in different degree depending on the phase composition. The system is compared with Na 3Zr 2− x Yb x Si 2− x P 1+ x O 12 and Na 3+ x Zr 2Si 2+ x P 1− x O 12 systems and the results are discussed.
