Abstract
The phase diagram and local pair mechanism of superconductivity with strong electron-phonon interaction for 2p electrons of oxygen in Cu 2 O planes is investigated in the generalized negative U Hubbard model. The upper bound restrictions for the superconducting correlation function at finite temperature on square 2D lattices is obtained taking into account orbital degeneracy.
