Abstract

Magnetic resonance neurography of the crus is challenging because signals from the vessels and subcutaneous edema interrupt visualization of the nerves and water content of the nerves is small. Phase-cycling diffusion-sensitized driven-equilibrium (pcDSDE) can reduce signals from the neighboring structures and visualize the nerves in the crus using diffusion contrast.
