Abstract

AbstractAimNoonan syndrome is an uncommon disorder which can present with developmental delay, short stature and cardiac anomalies. Oro‐facial presentation includes giant cell lesions with secondary aneurysmal bone cysts (ABC). The current case report presents an extensive mandibular ABC managed solely by oral bisphosphonates.Material and methodsThis is a single retrospective case report.ResultsA stark regression of the ABC was evident following the use of oral bisphosphonates with reformation of mandibular integrity.ConclusionThis case reports highlights the potential value of oral bisphosphonate to manage oral pathology such as an ABC.
