Abstract
Obese women have poorer IVF outcomes but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to compare: 1) pharmacokinetics of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and 2) ovarian steroid hormone production, following subcutaneous (SC) and intramuscular (IM) injection of hCG in obese and normal weight women.
