Abstract

Fixation of phalangeal fractures can be challenging. Several methods have been described in the literature. Stiffness is a common complication following surgical management of these fractures. We describe a simple method of treating these injuries allowing for early mobilization to prevent stiffness. The method described is push-pull technique using 2 Kirschner wires.
